Turnaround times vary by tier. Basic portraits and caricatures are typically completed within 2-3 business days. Standard within 3-5 business days. Premium within 5-7 business days. Illustrations vary depending on complexity. Please note that if there are orders ahead of yours, your turnaround time begins once I reach your place in the queue. If you have a hard deadline let me know at the time of ordering and I will confirm whether it is achievable.

Each tier has a set price listed on the product page. That is what you pay upfront before work begins. If your request falls outside the scope of the tier you selected I will reach out before starting to confirm everything. Nothing additional is ever charged without your agreement first.

Yes. If you are interested in having your artwork printed on a product, let me know when you submit your commission form before work begins. The product you want it on can affect how the piece is composed, so we agree on that together upfront. Once we have confirmed the product and I have quoted you on printing and shipping, work begins. No printing starts until everything is approved.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed. Shortly after you will receive a separate email with your commission terms of service based on the type of order you placed. Please read and respond to confirm your agreement before work begins. Nothing starts until terms are confirmed.

Each tier includes a set number of revisions. Basic includes one revision, Standard includes two, Premium includes three. Additional revisions beyond what is included are 15-25 euro each depending on the scope of changes. Revision requests must be submitted clearly and all at once where possible.

I include revisions with every order so we can get it right. If you have concerns please reach out and we will work through it together. Because these are custom pieces created specifically for you, refunds are not available once work has started. Full details are in the commission terms.

Commercial use commissions including book covers, album artwork, merchandise designs, brand assets, and character design sheets for published projects start from 800 euro and are handled through the Signature illustration tier.
