By placing an order with Starlight Falls Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products & Services
Starlight Falls Studios offers illustrated souvenirs, printed gift items, and custom-designed products for both individual consumers and businesses.
Our offerings include:
Print-on-demand (POD) physical products (fulfilled via Printify)
Custom-designed printed items
Digital and downloadable artwork (when applicable)
All designs are created by a single artist. Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, customization level, and product type.
Fulfillment & Shipping
Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by third-party partners.
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and select European countries.
Shipping availability may change and is subject to carrier limitations.
2. Refunds & Returns
We follow applicable consumer protection laws, including EU regulations for customers located in the Netherlands and the European Union.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
For non-custom physical products, customers may cancel and return an order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items (including business gifts, branded merchandise, or items with names, initials, logos, or custom artwork) are exempt from the standard 14-day return right once production has begun.
Full refunds are not guaranteed for custom work.
In certain cases (such as simple text personalization for consumer orders), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
For B2B and large custom orders, refunds are evaluated case-by-case due to design time and production costs.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If a physical item arrives damaged or misprinted:
You must provide clear photos of the unopened package and the damaged item within 5 days of delivery.
If the issue is a production error, we will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement.
If replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the situation.
Digital Products and Licensing
When you purchase a digital download from Starlight Falls Studios, you are purchasing a personal use license for that file. This license is granted to you as the individual buyer and is non-transferable.
Your license permits you to:
Download and save the file to your personal devices
Print the file for your own personal use
Print multiple copies for personal use within your own home
Your license does not permit you to:
Resell, redistribute, or share the file with others
Use the file for commercial purposes, including on products for sale
Claim the artwork as your own
Upload the file to print-on-demand services or any platform that generates income
Modify and redistribute the file in any form
Each purchase covers one individual buyer. If you would like to use any digital file for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss a commercial license.
All digital files remain the intellectual property of Starlight Falls Studios and Casey, the artist. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the artwork or copyright.
3. Copyright & Usage Policy
All artwork, illustrations, designs, and printed products are the intellectual property of Starlight Falls Studios unless otherwise stated.
For Individual Consumers
Purchases are for personal use only.
Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
For Business & Corporate Clients
Usage rights for branded or business-related designs are defined per project.
Commercial usage beyond the agreed scope may require a separate licensing agreement.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Communication & Submissions
Our preferred contact method is email for order tracking and record-keeping.
By placing an order or submitting a contact form, you agree that we may contact you regarding your order or inquiry.
Reference images, logos, and materials provided by customers are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
For transparency and quality assurance, orders may be photographed or documented during production for internal use or online marketing, without revealing private customer information.
5. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website.
