📦 Order Processing

  • Custom Digital Orders: Delivered via email within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity and current workload.

  • Custom Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after design approval.

  • Non-Custom Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: Sent to production within 24–48 hours of purchase.

  • Non-Custom Products: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Digital Downloads : Digital products are delivered instantly. No physical shipping is involved.

    After your purchase is complete, your download will be available in one of two ways depending on where you purchased:

    On this website: you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your download link. The link will also be available in your order confirmation page immediately after checkout.

    On Etsy: your files will be available in your Etsy purchases page under the Downloads section. You will also receive an email notification from Etsy.

    If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. If you still cannot locate it, get in touch through the contact form and include your order number.

    Digital files are for personal use only and are not shipped or fulfilled through any print provider.

    Starlight Falls Studios currently ships to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

    Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and product type.

Our print-on-demand items are fulfilled through Printify, which works with a global network of professional print partners.

Depending on your location and the product ordered, packages may be shipped via:

National postal services (e.g. PostNL, Royal Mail, USPS)

DHL

FedEx

Other local or regional carriers

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships.

VAT / customs disclaimer:

Please note: VAT, customs duties, or import fees may be applied by the carrier or local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times vary based on fulfillment location and destination.

  • Within Europe: approximately 5–10 business days after production

  • United Kingdom: approximately 5–12 business days after production

  • United States: approximately 5–12 business days after production

  • Canada: approximately 5-12 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, weather or carrier disruptions.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

🚨 Additional Shipping Notes

  • Some items may arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment provider.

  • Starlight Falls Studios is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your international order.

  • Printify and our fulfillment partners work hard to meet delivery timelines, but occasional delays are outside of our control.
