Q: How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Event spots are limited and I don't hold dates without a confirmed booking. Wedding season fills fast.
Q: Do guests get their portrait during the event?
Guests watch the drawing process live on the monitor at the station. Finished portraits are delivered after the event through a private digital gallery. That's what makes the quality worth it.
Q: What if more guests want portraits than my package allows?
Guest caps are firm. If you think you'll have higher demand, book up or reach out before your event and we'll sort it. Guests who want their own custom portrait can visit Starlight Falls Studios to book directly.
Q: Can physical products be added after?
Yes. Keepsakes like canvas prints, keychains, and ornaments can be added after the event. Ask about add-on pricing when you inquire.
Q: Do you travel outside Haarlem and Amsterdam?

Q: Are prices inclusive of VAT?

What to expect on the day
Q: What do you bring to the event?
Everything needed to run the illustration station. Drawing tablet, portable monitor so guests can watch the process live, camera for capturing guest photos, and a second tablet for managing the queue and collecting guest names and emails for gallery delivery. Just point me to my spot and I'm ready to go.
Q: What do you need from the venue?
A table and a chair. That's genuinely it. Access to power is helpful and if the venue can sort a drink for the artist during a long event that's always appreciated.
